After two scoreless rounds of a shootout, Sidney Crosby got one by Jose Theodore. Alex Ovechkin had the final scoring opportunity in the shootout, but could not deliver. Here, Brooks Laich dives to ensure the puck made it into the net early in the third period, setting the score at 3-2.
